Why Tableau Vivant?
Tableau vivant is French for “living picture.” The term describes a striking group of suitably costumed actors or artist’s models, carefully posed and often theatrically lit. (*)

After years in Second Life we decided to open a brand that reflects this side of our loved virtual world: costumed actors carefully posed and theatrically lit.

Since June 2011 The brand offers props with poses, skins, makes-up, accessories and costumes (we can’t really call them clothes).

We started with this lines:
~ Prop art~ (props and poses)
~ Light&Shadows~ (theatrical makes-up)
~ Needful things~ (home decor)
~ Living Picture~ (static poses)
~ Costume design~ (fashion garments and accessories).

Our inspiration is Art (every form of art) and we try to bring it in life, according to our personal taste and point of view.

On September 2013 ~Tableau Vivant~ moved to a new sim, enlarging our production to body accessories such as hairstyles, addons and more.

We are ready to share with you more exciting creations and we really hope that you will keep enjoying this experience with us.
